Copyright

1. The submitted papers cannot infringe any third party’s copyrights – within the meaning of the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018 item 1191, as amended).
2. The Author declares that they hold the copyright to the submitted materials (texts, photographs, illustrations, etc.) in the scope authorizing them to give a notification under the conditions specified herein, in particular, that publishing the paper will not infringe any third party’s rights. In case of any claims against the Publisher related to or referring to the papers submitted by third parties, the Author will release the Publisher from liability and cover all costs arising therefrom.
3. On the basis of the contract with the Publisher concluded after the decision to publish the paper, the Author transfers copyright to the Publisher, within the scope specified in the contract.
